The LDBScorer is a scoring software for the Leisure Diagnostic Battery. It requires that the user have copies of the pencil and paper LDB assessment forms from Venture Publishing. You may purchase below the LDBScorer package deal which includes the LDBScorer, LDB manual, and LDB forms.

The LDBScorer was 1st developed in 1989 by Charlie Dixon, MS, CTRS. Now Charlie brings you an updated version of the LDBScorer. This Windows version maintains a database of your clients, updates norm scores, permits multiple scoring (up to 3 times) for each client, and prints out a medical chart ready scoring summary.
