Possible reason	Solution
You may have an older version of Windows.	This version of the LDBScorer has been tested with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Home Version and Windows XP Professional Version. Upgrade you Window to the latest version.
You are on a network.	You need administrative privileges to install this software. If you don't have this privilege contact your network administrator and have him install the software for you.

PRINTING PROBLEMS

1) I can't print out the LDBScorer forms....

VIEWING PROBLEMS

1) My monitor is too small and I can't view all the items on the LDBScorer

Solution

Monitor resolution set at 800x600

Set screen resolution at 1024 x 768 or higher.

Monitor too small

The LDBScorer window can be resized. This feature permits users with a small monitor screen or with monitor size set at 800x600 resolution to resize the window to view all information on the screen.

RESIZE WINDOW UP AND DOWN
To resize the window place the mouse over the ^--------------^ mark found just below the demographic section. Press and hold the left mouse button and drag the marker up or down.

RESIZE WINDOW LEFT AND RIGHT
There is another window resize mark found just to the left of the Leisure Preference section. This permits the user to resize the window left to right.
