Select from:
- Short Version (which includes the Short Form
and the Barriers Scale)
- Long Version
- Leisure Preference Scales
Once you have selected an assessment, select
the scales or forms to complete. They include...
For each client you can score each assessment
up to 3 times in order to determine improvement/change
in the client's leisure functioning.
After selecting
the assessments choose a Norm Group and choose a therapist
who is scoring the tests.
