Add Therapist

1) Prior to scoring the LDB you should add a therapist to the therapist list.

2) From the top menu bar click on SETUP and click on THERAPIST.

3) Enter a therapist name in the given field box.

4) You may enter any number of therapists. You may also delete therapists from your list.

5) You may add titles to the therapists.... for example, John Doe, MS, CTRS
